Roll cookie dough into golf ball size rounds. Place 12 on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 13 minutes at 350° .
These cookies will store well for a couple of days. We cover them with a bag and never refrigerate - room temperature is fine.
If they do start to stale up, we open the bag and put a few slices of white bread on top of the cookies, and then reseal the bag. This will bring them back to life in a few hours.
