Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe
We mean “knorr” in our Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe.
There are some vendors we always recommend - Knorr is one of them. Their dry soup and sauce mixes are second to none.
Dips are often best made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Mix very well, cover with film pressed right down onto the surface of the dip, and keep cold.

1 cup (8oz) mayonnaise
2 cups (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup (8oz)cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pack Knorr Cream of Spinach soup mix
10 ounces of frozen spinach
1 cup shredded cheddar
Thaw and drain the spinach. Squeeze out all the water and put into a mixing bowl.
Combine the rest of the ingredients, mixing very well. Transfer the dip to a smaller bowl (which can be your serving bowl,) cover tightly with film, and refrigerate.
Before serving, stir the dip in the bowl, and garnish with a few shakes of paprika, chopped scallion, chopped tomato, etc - something with lots of color.
This is our basic veggie dip recipe and procedure - lots can be added from here, including sun dried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, hot or mild peppers, caramelized onions, and oodles more. But our customers favorite is baked garlic - simply bake entire clusters of garlic for 45 minutes with a little bit of olive oil - allow to cool and squeeze out the cooked garlic meat from the skins. It’s unbeatable when added to this recipe!
