Poop Punch Recipe Shopping List for 12 People: ___ 2 - 1/2 gallon bottles of Coke or Root Beer - cheap is fine ___ 1 - 1/2 gallon of chocolate ice cream - store brand, no problem ___ 1 - handful of frozen corn (about 2 ounces) ___ 2 cups of mini-marshmallows ___ 2 cups of chocolate milk
Procedure: Two Days Before the Party: Get the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften up quite a bit, for an hour or so. You can also microwave it if you’re short on time. Have some ice cube trays ready, at least two. The “mini” size cubes don’t work very well, because you want the ice cream to stay in pieces for a while. The larger cube size works better because it takes them much longer to melt. Be sure to spray the trays with veggie spray release for easy removal when frozen.

Spoon the soft ice cream into the ice cube trays and return them to the freezer overnight to really harden up.

The Day of the Party: Chill your punch bowl in the freezer for several hours. It will help the ice cream last longer. You also want the root beer in the fridge - get them cold. Shortly before guests arrive, carefully pour the root beer into the chilled punch bowl - not too fast, or it will get too foamy.

Add the chocolate milk (which can be normal milk and some chocolate syrup,) and gently stir. It’s OK if it is not completely blended. Maybe better

Toss in the handful of frozen corn,

and the marshmallows.

Just before your guests arrive, add the ice cream from the frozen trays.
Remember that the ice cream will quickly melt - time it so that all your guests can enjoy it.

Dry Ice Punch Recipe Shopping List for 12 People: ___ 1 - 1/2 gallon of fruit punch ___ 1 - 1/2 gallon of citrus soda, 7-up, Dry Orange, etc. ___ 1 - 16 ounce frozen strawberries in syrup ___ 3 pounds dry ice
Procedure: A Week Before the Party: Call your local dry ice supplier and order your dry ice. This is the procedure for the holidays, because it’s in a big demand. You may need to get more than the three pounds this recipe calls for, especially if you need to pick it up the day before the party. The Day of the Party: Set the strawberries out to thaw. Pick up the dry ice. You’ll need a picnic cooler to transport it easily. Keep in in the closed cooler, outside in a cooler place, if you can, until you get home. At home, put in in the freezer if you can, or leave it in the cooler. Be sure to keep it dry - don’t get it wet.

In your food processor, blend the strawberries, syrup and all, into a thick liquid. Add a little water to blend it completely.

Shortly before your guests arrive, combine the fruit punch, strawberries and citrus soda in your punch bowl.

Just before your guests arrive, add a few pieces of the dry ice. You can break it apart with an ice pick or a hammer. Drop the pieces into your punch.
