Guacamole Recipe
Simple and simply delicious, our guacamole recipe is a pleasure
It’s amazing how many things go with guacamole - chips and breads, vegetables and fruits, cheeses and cold meats - and more. We make so much of this, we had to come up with something simple. Careful to keep it covered tightly so that the delicate avocado keep their color. For any party food question, you can always use ASK-a-CATERER for free party recipes and ideas.

Ingredients 3 avocados, ripe 8 ounces of salsa - we use mild4 ounces of sour cream 4 ounces of mayonnaise 2 scallions, chopped 1 small red onion, chopped 1 package of ranch salad dressing dry mix 1 teaspoon lime juice (from fruit only)
1 avocado, ripe - optional
Directions
Chop the onion into small pieces - use half for the recipe and half for a garnish. Peel and pit the avocado. Mash them into oblivion and add in the rest of the ingredients. Cover very tightly with film, pushing the film right down onto the surface of the avocado (no room for air.) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Transfer to your serving dish, keep covered when not in use. Use the rest of the chopped onion for a garnish. Optional: For a garnish, we like to carefully peel and pit another avocado, slice it into nice looking pieces and decorate the serving dish. We also use chopped tomato. Questions about the Guacamole Recipe? Use ASK-a-CATERER for answers to all your party food questions. It’s FREE!!
