Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe
Especially good for a larger party
We love this simple cake, and so do our customers.

Ingredients
1 pre-made angel food cake, 10-12 inch
1 - 8 ounce Cool Whip
2 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 ounces of milk chocolate, shredded
Directions
When we do this cake, we are using 18x26” pans with 2” sides, and often 6 or more at a time. Measurements and amounts need not be exact, and feel free to add a variety of of yummy ingredients.
In a 9x13” pan sprayed with vegetable release, break up the Angel Food cake and cover the pan with it’s pieces.
Prep the chocolate pudding following the pack directions, then spread it over the cake. Then spread the Cool Whip on top of the pudding. Sprinkle the shredded chocolate on top of the cream.
Off to the refrigerator, preferable overnight. We have held this cake in the fridge for as much as 3 days.
