Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Our favorite and most requested, we've used for years - easy to make, durable - never fails.
We use this as a base for many cookies, but chocolate chip is hard to beat.
There's a lot of ingredients here. Let's do some real cookin'! Remember that baking is basically chemistry. You need to carefully measure the ingredients and follow the directions - no matter what recipe you use.
Layers of flavors and "that homemade taste" are what follows more complex recipes like this one. A nice change-up is to use white chocolate chips, or butterscotch. Placing a Hershey's Kiss on top is also a nice touch.
Filling and delicious, these cookies can be a stand-alone dessert or served with other chocolate desserts.
