Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
So chewy and nice - the pudding makes the difference
We never make enough of these - everyone loves them. Add nuts for a nice treat.
Truth is - we serve more cookies at parties for adults than we do at family or kid's parties. No surprise really, but a great cookie brings a smile to faces of all ages.
This recipe can easily be made ahead. If so, we like to store them in plastic bags with some slices of bread. The bread will lose it's natural moisture into the cookies and keep them nice and moist. This can really help you when you need to bake several days before your busy party.
Filling and delicious, these cookies can be a stand-alone dessert or served with other chocolate desserts.
