Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
So much like old fashioned banana bread, with a chocolate twist
These cookies have a nice, cakey feel, look and taste. They really work well when you have a minimum of other foods at your party.
Filling and delicious, these cookies can be a stand-alone dessert or served with other chocolate desserts.
Don't be afraid to use a little more chocolate than normal. The chocolate flavor works so nicely with the banana, and will help to bind the cookie together.
The other thing we love about this cookie is it durability. It seems to last and stay fresh longer than most other cookies we make - which really comes in handy when we have to work ahead of ourselves to get everything done.
