These baked chicken recipes aren't only family favorites, they will work nicely for your party.Baking chicken adds flavor, moisture and texture for many reasons. Just as with other cooking methods, time and temperature play the biggest role. We're always looking for 165° F internal temperature to be completely cooked and ready to serve, using a chef's piercing thermometer to be sure. Party fare usually asks for smaller, bite-size pieces. We often bake larger cuts of chicken, and portion into toothpick sizes and larger. But for dinner parties, baked chicken is a standard that's hard to beat.

Chicken Wing Drummettes with Hot Sweet, Teriyaki or Tomato Sauce
. These mini-drumsticks will bake quickly and not dry out - delicious and easy to do.
BBQ Chicken
. We bake pieces of chicken and add a wonderful BBQ sauce for easy eating indoors, year round.

. Baked with Apple Stuffing, this chicken will give you lots of ideas for your party. Change up the stuffing, cut larger pieces if you like, add a sauce - you name it.

Orange Chicken
can be baked as individual pieces from the start, or cut from larger birds. This is a perfect dish for big parties, 100+ guests.
 Cornish Game Hens. Here we've used smaller Cornish hens, but chicken of any size will work nicely following this procedure.
