Baking chicken adds flavor, moisture and texture for many reasons. Just as with other cooking methods, time and temperature play the biggest role. We're always looking for 165° F internal temperature to be completely cooked and ready to serve, using a chef's piercing thermometer to be sure.
Party fare usually asks for smaller, bite-size pieces. We often bake larger cuts of chicken, and portion into toothpick sizes and larger. But for dinner parties, baked chicken is a standard that's hard to beat.

Chicken Wing Drummettes with Hot Sweet, Teriyaki or Tomato Sauce
