Ingredients 3 avocados, ripe 8 ounces of sour cream 2 scallions, chopped 1 tablespoon of ranch salad dressing dry mix 1 teaspoon lime juice (from fruit only)
1 avocado, ripe - optional
Directions
Peel and pit the avocado. Mash them into oblivion and add in the rest of the ingredients. Cover very tightly with film, pushing the film right down onto the surface of the food (no room for air.) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Transfer to your serving dish, keep covered when not in use. Optional: For a garnish, we like to carefully peel and pit another avocado, slice it into nice looking pieces and decorate the serving dish. We also use chopped tomato and red onion.
