Apple Cider Punch Recipe Shopping List for 12 People: Makes over a gallon. ___1 - 1/2 gallon apple cider ___1 - 1/2 gallon apple juice ___1 - bottle sparkling apple juice ___3 - apples ___ 1 - lemon ___a little cinnamon Procedure: The Day of the Party: Wash the apples, pull out the stems, leave the skins on, and slice them into thin slices - about 1/8” each.

Cut out the cores and seeds in a decorative way you like.

Drop the cut apples into a lemon water bath. Make this by adding the juice of one lemon to a large bowl of water. Let the apples stay in the bath until you’re ready to make the punch.

About 30 minutes before you make the punch, lay out the apples on a piece of film.
Lightly sprinkle them with a little cinnamon.

Shortly before your guests arrive, combine the cider, juice and sparkling juice in your punch bowl.

There are many sparkling ciders - we like Martinelli because of their rich history and consistent products.
